With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sherry C McWoods of Portland, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sherry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Beard and Ceilla Beard Tilford; her granddaughter Shalonda Turner; her siblings, Virgil D. Beard and Shirley J. Gunn (Arnold Gunn Sr.); and her daughter Lee Ann McWoods (Duane W. Beard).
She is survived by: her children, Duane A McWoods, John R. McWoods and Ceilla C. Darrington; and her sisters, Sharon L. Singleton and Phyllis J. McGraw. She is also survived by grand kids, great grand kids, cousins, nieces & nephews.
