She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy M. Stoner and Walter L. Hackett; and her husband Ben Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Moore (Andre) of Beaverton, Oregon; her granddaughter Amanda J. Moore of Beaverton Oregon; and her siblings-in-law, Oscar (Jerlene), Torris Powell (Mary) of Providence, Kentucky, Alma Jean Medley of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Katie Hughley of Macon, Georgia and Carolyn Browder of Providence, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces, and many, many friends.
