He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Dusty" Rhodes and Bonnie Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rhodes; his children, Alexis Stephins (Bill), Lauren Powers (Devon) and Grant Rhodes (Olivia Stone); his brothers, Ken Rhodes (Pam) and Jim Rhodes (Sheila); and his grandchildren, Owen, Miles, Lola and Stella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Freshwater Trust or Oregon Food Bank or Deschutes River Alliance.
