He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tallmadge and Marian Tallmadge; his brother Gary; and his nephew Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; and his children, Christopher, Dwayne (Jennifer Winters) and Cori Anne Fester (James Fester). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins, as well as many dear family members and friends.
The family requests that charitable donations be made in Richard's memory to the Oregon Humane Society or the Wounded Warrior Project.
