He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Chavez (Dan Chavez) of Albuquerque, NM, Karen Patak of Humble and Dominique Price of Portland, OR; his sister Peggy Hensley (Wes Hensley); his nephews, Thomas Hensley and Chad Hensley (Melissa Hensley); his sister-in-law Burlena Price; his niece Laurena Alfaro; his grandchildren, Nicole, Sara, Allison and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Paydin, Ethan, Jibril, Adeline and Benjamin; and his caregiver Marquis Peidmont.
