He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gracie Mae and Marvin Ross; his wife Jennifer Lockett; his children, Phillip Ross Jr. and Nikelia Ross; his daughter-in-law Deshawna Williams; his grandchildren, Jaden Ross, Aaron Quarterman, Kimora Ross, A'joni Ross, Rhythm Ross, Kaloni Ross, Kabella Ross and Siah Ross; and his siblings, Omae Gordon, Calvin Daniels, Elvis Parker, Regina Ross, Pinkie Ross and Blane Ross.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Hustad Funeral Home (7232 N Richmond Ave, Portland, OR 97203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
