He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer E. Malidore and Brian M. Brookins (Kelli); his father-in-law Jim; his grandmother Jo Brookins; and his stepsiblings, Jackie, Jeromy and Sebastian. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Scott Funeral Home (4205 SE 59th Ave, Portland, OR 97206).
