He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pendleton Howbert and Mary Louise Howbert; his brother Tom Howbert; and his spouse Mercy Howbert. He is survived by: his daughter Allison Howbert; his brother Jeff Howbert; and his friends, Scott McDonald and Lynn Thomas.
