She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Mitchell and Marion Kerchoffer; her husbands, Jim and Lester; her son Gary; and her grandchildren, Marissa and Lucas.
She is survived by: her stepsisters, Annette and Jan; and also, Cathy and Jon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
She was always donating her handmade hats to charity and was an active member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Portland, Oregon.
