With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maramie Mettie of Portland, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Mae (Townsend) and Emmett Cleveland; and her husband H. Earl Mettie. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Karen Mayhew (Fred) and Keith Mettie (Angie); her grandsons, Karl, Paul, Daniel and Joel Mayhew; her great grandchildren, Ava, Olive Mayhew, Rizen, Parker, Joel and Bloom Mayhew; and her cousin Lora Cleveland Bassham of Arkansas.
Remembrances may be made to her favorite charity, the Portland Gospel Mission.
