She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Edward "Bud" Fortner and Lawrence "Slim" Dornin; her uncle Edward "Buddy" Fortner; and her great-grandparent Linda "Scooter Grandma" Sharp. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia "CJ" Bess of Scappoose and Teagan Dotson of Saint Helens; her parents, Jody Fortner of Scappoose and Lawrence Dornin Jr. of Blairsville, Pennsylvania.; her sibling Zackary Gillett of Scappoose; her stepbrother Ryan Gillett of Saint Helens; and her grandmothers, Judy Fortner of Ukiah, Darlene Billeck of Blairsville and Susan Helderman.
