She is survived by: her siblings, Jim and Bet; her husband Sho Dozono; her children, Elisa, Kristen, Alison, Stephanie and Tadashi; and her grandchildren, Akira Chambers, Quinn Brown and Ise Dozono-Ventura. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Loen wanted people to consider donating to Ikoi no Kai, the Knight Cancer Institute, or the Japanese American Museum of Oregon.
