He is survived by: his wife Darla Kravitz; his son Alex Kravitz; his daughter-in-law Taylor Kravitz; his granddaughters, Beatrix and Marigold "Goldie" Kravitz; his nieces, Laura and Amy Johnson; his brother Dennis; and his sister-in-law Joanne Johnson.
