“I´ve had the pleasure of working for Leslie for the last year as her caretaker. I´m grieving the loss of her deeply. She was a kindred soul and became a cherished friend - someone who read Dostoevsky and wore ruffles, ate chocolate bars for breakfast and loved the smell of cigarettes. She had the wisdom of not taking life too seriously, but still cared about even the smallest details of my life. I loved her and now I’m aching. Rest in peace, dear sister ❤️”
