He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Dorning (Hap) and Pauline Delanoy Dorning; his half-sister Glenna; and also Jason. He is survived by: his wife Susan Brady; his brother Patrick; his half-brother Jim (Melinda); his children, Christy (Patrick) and Benjamin (Sarah); his grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel (Danny), Waylon and Maisie; and his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Tanner and Braiden.

The family asks that donations be made in Kevin's memory to organizations assisting veterans.
