He was predeceased by: his parents, Mickey Charles Montag and Ramona Caroline Francis; and his mother-in-law Olga Maria Moilanen. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his daughter Kate Lee (Corey); his sister Linda Alberg; and his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Higgins (Calvin), Eileen Lovegren, Rebecca DeGrazia and Linda Sharp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Retiring during a pandemic meant that Keith spent a lot of time away from others and being less active.
