She is survived by: her former husband Dan Smith; her sons, Brett and Brian; her sister Sharon; her daughters-in-law, Lisa and Kathryn; her grandchildren, Chrissy, Leah, Nicole and Mia; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Jordan and Lailah. She is also survived by her family and friends.
