He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Henry Hibbard Sr. and Cleo Hibbard (Alford); and his sister Alice Jett. He is survived by: his wife Diana Carol Hibbard (Wheat); his children, Johnny Ray Hibbard Jr., Liana Denise Hibbard and Tabitha Dawn Andrews; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Hibbard (Lori), James "Jim" Hibbard (Teresa), Jerry Hibbard (Karen), Asher Hibbard (Carol), Marcella Warner and Gladys Lighter (Roger); his grandchildren, Daisean Brooks, Keana Brooks, Kaitlyn Hibbard, Charles White III, Dakoda White, Emily Andrews and Jaxon Andrews; and his great grandchild Ali Brooks.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. B. Ratterman & Sons Funerals & Family Cremation Care (2114 W Market St, Louisville, KY 40212). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
