She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Ted, Tee and Tim; her grandchildren, Travis, Jennie, Brittany, Tina, Tiffany of Ashley, TJ and Theo; and her great grandchildren, Jazmin, Dillan, Emma, Aiva, Cam, Landon, Braxton and Annlee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests charitable donations be made in Jeri's memory to one of the many organizations that she valued: Shriners, Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warriors, Wildlife Association, ASPCA, The Grotto, and other religious donations.
