He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Andrew Pew. He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Meyer); his sons, Kenneth and Carter; his mother Judith (Morrison); and his siblings, Todd (Julia) and Cristyn Kocsis (Todd). He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and his paternal aunt and maternal uncle and many cousins.
