She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Belgrave and Mary Belgrave; her husband Robert Neal; her uncle Freddie; her aunt Luella Mazique; her siblings, Malcolm Matthews, Norman Matthews Sr., Deborah Belgrave, Devida Matthews and Debra Bagley; her children, Howard Jenkins Jr. Javari Harris (Brittney Jenkins) and Antoinette Belgrave; and her grandchildren, Jaala, Jada, Laiyah, Jaiyana and Brooklyn. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
