He was predeceased by: his wife Beth; and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Melissa) of Portland, Peter (Brian) of Azeitão, Janet Rathbone (Scott) of Bend, David (Cindy) of Clackamas and Thomas (Elizabeth) of Galt, California. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
