He is survived by: his wife Alice Elaine Garrett (Van Winkle); his children, Steve Garrett (Katie) and Tina Garrett (Justen); his stepdaughter Krystal Barnes; and his grandchildren, Abby Garrett, Macy Garrett, Anna Garrett, Chuck Brinson, Nick Brinson, Delilah Garrett, Audrey Spradlin and Jalen.
