She was predeceased by: her parents, Emlyn Thomas and Jessie Paris Bowen; her husband Jack Valder (Jack); and her son Robert Valder (Bob). She is survived by: her sister Glenna Jordan; her daughters, Janet Valder, Glenna Griffiths and Diane Patricio; her children-in-law, Juanita Valder, John Griffiths and Jim Patricio; and her grandsons, Cameron Griffiths, Paul Griffiths and Josh Patricio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
