With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fayrine West (Portland, Oregon), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rodgers and Roxie Fae Ward of Linden, Texas.; her grandparents, Lee and Estella McDowell; her stepfather Robert George Ward; her former husband Robert "Bob" West, Jr.; her son-in-law Dennis G. Pullins; her siblings, Johnnie Rodgers and Erma Jean Ward; and her nieces and nephews, Wendy Renea Rodgers, Gail Ann Rodgers, Terry Wayne Overton, Sr. and Richard "Ricky" Venoy Overton.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Kenny" West, Kennetha "Lyn" West-Pullins and Robie West; her grandchildren, John Alvin Cowley, Jr. and Amanda Claire West; her siblings, Alma Jean Reese, Henry McDowell, James Rodgers, Jr., Deacon R. G. Ward and Bertha Fae Washington; her nieces, Debra Rodgers, Lisa Reese and Debra Overton; and her nephew Duane Rodgers (Barbara). She is also survived by other relatives and special friends.
