He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Lavina (Rick) of Bend, OR and Connie Van Kirk (Dale) of Oregon City; his granddaughter Lisa Maier (Martin) of Beaverton, OR; his children, Nico Maier, Mason Maier, Mikel Van Kirk (Beth) of Oregon City, Tori Hindal (Nate) of Salem, Makennah Hindal, Kaisley Hindal and Peyton Hindal; his granddaughter Toni Yep (Derek) of Beaverton, OR; and his daughters, Kaitlyn Ditto and Kyrsa Ditto. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
