He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacobsen and Ruth Jacobsen of Portland, Oregon.; and his former wife Rose Marie Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Beth Kilcup; his children, Brooke Kulp (Darren), Heather Blake (David), Abigail Sacks (Aaron) and JohnMark Jacobsen (Kathryn); and his sisters, Sharon Huston and Sandra Johnson (Fred).
