She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Shields. She is survived by: her sons, Fred A. Shields and Robert Shields; her daughters-in-law, Pattie Shields and Jan Shipley; and her grandchildren, Shawn Shields, Carie Arps, Jason Shields, Brian Shields and Michael Caruso. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
