She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Harwood and Lavonne Harwood. She is survived by: her husband John Adamski; her pet Phoebe; her siblings, Jim Harwood (Connie) and Kathy; her daughter Devlin (Chris); her brothers, Steve, Pete (Debbie) and Ron (Heidi); her aunt Babe; and her friends, Diana, Julie and Sharon.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Debbie's name to the ALS Foundation.
