He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Washington and Irma Lee Washington; and his brothers, Walter Jr., Efrem and John Washington.
He is survived by: his wife KrisAnn Washington; his children, Charles, Crystal and Jelicia; his grandchildren, Larry Jr., Jayshawn, Anjal, Mario, Deyvon, Zariah, Kemya and Mikeya; his siblings, Deborah, Katherine, Elnovis (Albert) and Larnell (Ebony); and his former wife Felicia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews loving family and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Terry Family Funeral Home (2337 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97227). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Greater Mt. Gillard Missionary Baptist Church (2902 NE Rodney Ave, Portland, OR 97227).
