He is survived by: his children, Rick Wertanen (Jodi) of Republic, Daniel James Mongiat (Mary Solis) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kimberly Mongiat-Bell of National Mine; his siblings, James Mongiat (Judy) and Peggy Koski (Gerry); his sister-in-law Judy Wertanen; his grandchildren, Melinda Mongiat-Grandsinger, Greg Mongiat (Alix), Cody Wertanen, Nikki Wertanen, Cortney Vilona (Brandon), Danielle Bell and Anja Prusi; and his great grandchildren, Elliot, Abriella, Elijah, Dominic, Enzo, Aria and Valen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
