He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin C Moyer and Glenda M Moyer (Sturdivan); and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his siblings, Ron Moyer and Connie Lemke (Dennis); his sons, Brian (Tesa) and Nathan (Lacey); his stepchildren, Noel Kalthoff (Lisa) and Chrissy Strub (Mark); his grandchildren, Chandler Daniels (Robert), Andrew, Daniel, Carter Moyer, Eleanor and Henry Strub; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Daniels and Owen Moyer.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be donated to the Al Kader Shrine Hospital Transportation Fund.
