She is survived by: her husband John Middleton; her children, Robyn, Andrew and Lindsey; her children-in-law, Kemp, Lisa and Jared; her grandchildren, Gavin, Keawe, Keoni and Harper; and her brothers, William, Peter and Bruce. She is also survived by Nan; and nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations in her memory be made to Community Action of Washington County, 1001 SW Baseline Street, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
