He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Michael and Martha Finerty; his uncles, Michael Patrick "Buddy" Finerty and Mitchell "Melon" Finerty; and his siblings, Jonathan, Ronnie Finerty and Angel Finerty.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Matthew Finerty Jr. and Blaze Mitchell-Lloyd Finerty; his adoptive daughter Myranda Catron; his mother Linda Marie Finerty; his grandson Kaison Bailey; his sister Brandie Dickey; his aunts, Janet Taylor, Karen Sanders and Nancy Dickens; and his uncle Marty Finerty.
