He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Beaudoin and Carmella Beaudoin. He is survived by: his sister Holly DeMoss (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Lisa M. Banford, Rachel DeHaven, Robert A. Colbert and Jonathan Colbert; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mariah Colbert, Amanda Banford, Nataliah Colbert, Alyssa Banford, Christopher Banford, Blake Banford and Nathan Colbert.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Oregon Humane Society and OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital, two causes that were close to Anthony's heart.
