He is survived by: his children, Richard James, Jr., Robert Nickelson (Beth) and Jackie Lynn; his wife Dee; his grandchildren, Darean, Brooke, Alex and Clayton; his siblings, Kathleen Morse and Paul Seagrave; his sisters-in-law, JoAnne Lutz and MaryJo Barr; and his great grandchild Isla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
