It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Napina Phillips Barker (Port Orford, Oregon), who passed away on June 17, 2015, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, James W. and Amelia Phillips; her spouse John Barker; her children, Mary, Don, Anne Redding, Jim Foster and Elizabeth Foster; and her grandchildren, Sam, Terry, Amelia Redding, Katie, John and Anders Foster. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
