It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Joan Welsh of Port Orford, Oregon, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on June 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Pavoggi and Irene Pavoggi; her husband John Welsh; and her children, Carly Corella, Tina Stokes, Lisa Plumlee, Rachael Vila and Derrick Welsh. She was also cherished by her seven siblings and 11 grandchildren.
In her last year, she battled Parkinson disease and a brain injury.
