With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Jean Tursa of Pleasant Home, Oregon, who passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bennett and Vada Bennett (Wheeler); her husband Peter Tursa; her former husband Bud Smith; her siblings, Loren Bennett, Johnny Bennett, Emma Penuel, Wanda Walton, Bob Bennett, Tom Bennett and Janet Farr; and her daughter Valerie Tursa.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jim Bennett and Sue Anderson; her children, Carolyn Vallarta, Steve Tursa, Mary Armstrong, Jim Tursa and Mark Tursa; and her grandchildren, Jolyn Vallarta, Laurel Vallarta, James Vallarta, Joseph Vallarta, Mandy Tursa, Danica Armstrong, Jason Armstrong, Shawn Armstrong, Kabir Tursa, Zahan Tursa, Rebecca Tursa and Cathy Tursa. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to missions work at Pathway Church, which was the last church that Donna attended, or to other missions organizations.
