With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Lewis Howard of Philomath, Oregon, who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Howard and Ina Howard (Willert); his wife Beverly Ann Cagle; and his siblings, Wilma Avery, Jess and Frank.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ethan Howard (Jacqueline), Bethany Dilla (Aaron), Kierstin Rowley (Sean), Annalise Grossnicklaus (Anthony), Carson Howard, Joceline Aucoin (Jeremy) and Cameron Howard.
