He was predeceased by: his father Jack R. Flegal; his daughter Lynn; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Flegal; his mother Pearl Flegal of Philomath; his son Lee Flegal (LouAnn) of Grants Pass; and his stepdaughters, Kimberley Kinion (Roy) of Toledo and Brandy Thomson (Ian) of Philomath. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 nieces.
