She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Shaffer and Nancy I. Shaffer; and her brother Jeffrey Shaffer. She is survived by: her daughter Raechel Madden; her brother Tracy Shaffer; her nephew Gage Shaffer; and her stepfather Richard Raleigh.
