He was predeceased by: his mother Myrna Cantrell. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Cantrell of Corvallis; his son Jacob Cantrell of Philomath; his sister Marcia Cantrell of Corvallis; and his nephew Andrej Opsahl of Corvallis.
