He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Cook and Lonnie Cook; his wife Velda Robertson; his son Randy; his grandson Ryan Cook; his daughter-in-law Elise Cook; and his brother James Cook.
He is survived by: his sister Jane; his son Donnie Cook of Pendleton; his sister Jae Burney of Stewart, MS; his granddaughters, Rachelle Knight and Megan Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Laynie Knight, Chandler Knight, Bentley Knight and JJ Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
