Virginia Underwood Tubbs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2019, at the age of 93, Virginia Underwood Tubbs (Pendleton, Oregon) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen T. Underwood and Beth Highlander Underwood; her husband Frank Tubbs; and her sister Betty Jane Underwood. She is survived by: her children, Julie Reese (Ryan) of Gleneden Beach, OR, Kelly Tubbs (Dawn) of Spirit Lake, ID and Joyce Burger of Austin, TX; and her grandchildren, Kyle Reese (Lissa), Hillary Kozma (Mike), Ashley Tubbs, Adrienne Bartron (Joel), Jake Tubbs, Craig Burger and Scott Burger. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
