He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Gillpatrick and Pearl Gillpatrick; and his siblings, Delbert, Cecil and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Cara Leverton; his children, Christine Ray (Buddy), Vickie Paola (Justin) and Troy Gillpatrick (Amber); his grandchildren, Kattie, Dustin, Daniel, Dakota, Tehya and Caitlyn; and his siblings, Lawrence, James, Helen and Sally.
