He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus "Pat" Booth and Doris Greene; his brother Lawrence; and his son Tony. He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Horsman; his wife Vicki Frazier; his siblings, Greg Booth and Karen Smith; his daughters, Tina (John Richardson) and Kim (Ken DeMonnin); and his stepdaughter Brooke (Brad Ward). He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
