He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Olsen and Elaine Garner Olsen. He is survived by: his wife Karen Malone; his cousin Stacey Garner; his child Kasey Mendoza (Carlos); his grandchild Addison Mendoza; his child Jess Olsen; and his sisters, Susan Oliver (George Diggens) and Karen Goddik (Arne).
