He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Baumgartner and Vera Baumgartner; and his son Ralph Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Stacey) of Pendleton and Jeffrey (Kyla) of Echo; his wife Janet; and his sisters, Judy, Suzanne and Linda. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
