He is survived by: his former spouse Shannon Dockweiler; his daughters, Jessica Willard (Adam) and Nicole Sloan (Steven Tinhof) of Pendleton; his siblings, Patrick Sloan (Meg) of Iowa, Linda Fancello (Frank) of Washington, Sid Courtright of LaGrande and Adin Sloan (Deb) of Arizona; his sister-in-law Ilene Sloan of Elgin; and his grandchildren, Sloan Willard of Pendleton, Everett Willard of Pendleton, Novah Martin of Pendleton and Piper Martin of Pendleton.
